Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and provision of chauffeur and private passenger transport services by Nobleis Sàrl (“Nobleis”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Switzerland under UID CHE-303.781.594, with its registered office at Avenue Viollier 13, 1260 Nyon, Switzerland.

Nobleis provides vehicle rental with or without chauffeur, private passenger transport, limousine services, private transfers, and related transport services across Geneva, Switzerland, and neighbouring regions of France. By making a booking with Nobleis, you agree to these Terms.

• Bookings may be made online through our website or by contacting Nobleis directly.
• A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, payment has been completed.
• The price shown at the time of booking is fixed, unless you subsequently change the booking (see Section 3).

Unless stated otherwise, prices include:

• Chauffeur
• Fuel
• Standard tolls (where applicable)
• Taxes (where applicable)

Additional charges may apply for:

• Additional waiting time
• Route changes
• Extra stops
• Significant changes to the agreed itinerary

For airport pickups, we monitor commercial flight arrivals so that your chauffeur is there when you land.

• Please provide your flight number when booking an airport pickup.
• Nobleis monitors the arrival of commercial flights in real time.
• Airport pickup times are adjusted automatically to reflect flight delays.
• No additional fee is charged for normal flight delays.

Complimentary waiting time is included as follows:

• Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary.
• Other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary.

Waiting time beyond the complimentary period may incur charges.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a charge.
• No-shows are charged in full.

Passengers are asked to:

• Wear seatbelts at all times.
• Treat the chauffeur with respect.
• Refrain from smoking in the vehicle.
• Avoid causing any damage to the vehicle.

Any cleaning or repair costs arising from damage or soiling caused by passengers may be charged to the customer.

• Standard luggage is included.
• Oversized or unusual luggage (e.g. skis, bicycles, large sports equipment) must be declared in advance.
• The transport of luggage is subject to the capacity of the selected vehicle.

Child seats are available upon request and should be requested at the time of booking so that we can ensure the appropriate seat is fitted for your journey.

• Nobleis will make every reasonable effort to provide its services punctually and to the agreed standard.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or other events of force majeure are outside the control of Nobleis.
• To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Nobleis is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking, except where mandatory Swiss law provides otherwise.

Nobleis processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.

Subject to any mandatory provisions of Swiss law, the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any booking.
